Terasnaps can now retrieve and process your smugmug photos. One Down, many to go!!!! Over the past couple of weeks, we were busy integrating the API's of photo sharing and hosting sites into the terasnaps system. Our objective is to enable any user of any photo sharing site to seamlessly utilize the terasnaps' facial based image organization. As of the publishing of this blog, we have completed our implementation of Amazon.com's S3 storage solution to our site. Without going into all the technical details I am happy to report that now terasnaps users get the same level of security for their photos as the entire amazon.com system ...

Moving on to a blogging system

January 30, 2008 – 2:14 pm
For those following the news on terasnaps.com, we were publishing our newsletters on a regular basis and keeping our users updated of upgrades, news and new features that we have been constantly adding on. The newsletter was a great way for us to communicate, but in reality, it was a one way communication tool. In the hopes of getting more community participation, we are moving to this blogging method of disseminating information and chronicling the evolution of terasnaps. So stop by from time to time and read about what's going on in our little part of the world wide web. As always, we look forward to your comments. You can also subscribe to the feed here and be informed of any new development as soon as we publish.
